Shipping policy
We’re committed to getting your Letseed order out with care and as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping provider and may be subject to delays outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Letseed is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at letseedwellness@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Letseed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at letseedwellness@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist.
