Refund policy

At Letseed, we take great care in the quality, preparation, and packaging of every order.

Because our products are personal-use wellness items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at letseedwellness@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and do our best to make it right.

Please note:

• We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used, opened, or mishandled after delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier, though we will do our best to assist if an issue comes up.

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
